Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service apply to your use of binbosspropertyservices.com and to estimate requests, communications and services from Bin Boss Valet LLC ("Bin Boss," "we," "us"). By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

Estimates and service agreements

Submitting a form requests a free walkthrough and estimate. It does not create a service contract. Pricing, schedules, payment terms and other details are set out in a written quote or service agreement signed by you and Bin Boss. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

Using our website

Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not submit false information, interfere with the site's operation or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use.

Text message program

By checking an SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Bin Boss Valet LLC at the number you provide.

• Non-marketing messages: about your estimate request, walkthrough scheduling and service updates
• Marketing messages: only if you separately opt in, about offers and service news
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected].
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
